The Story
At the Pearl, the story begins with the building itself. Once a church, it has been thoughtfully restored into a collection of five loft residences that preserve the elements that made the space memorable in the first place.
A Building with Presence
From the moment you enter, the character of the original church is still present. Preserved stained glass at the main entry, original benches that remain in place, and the warmth of the building’s historic materials create an immediate sense of atmosphere and continuity. Throughout the residences, original hardwood floors and beams have been carried forward, grounding each home in a richness of detail that cannot be manufactured.
What makes The Pearl so compelling is not simply that it is a conversion, but that it feels like one with real intention. The architecture has been honored, not erased. The result is a collection of homes with scale, texture, and identity, spaces that feel both distinctive and deeply rooted in their history.
In a market filled with repetition, The Pearl offers something far more rare: homes with a story, a point of view, and a presence that is felt the moment you walk through the door.
